Thermal Pads
These Green Thermal Pads are used to aid in pressing our ornaments as well as other small pieces. They are designed to conduct heat and help by conforming to uneven surfaces. They also help cushion items prone to breakage. Larger sizes are available on a special order basis cut to your exact size requirements.
Small Round Thermal Pad Small pad for round ornament with raised edge (if available) or other small items. Please note that all of the round ornaments do not come with the raised edge. Where possible, you will only be shipped those without, unless specifically requested (2.5" diameter). $2.00 each
Rectangular Thermal Pad This rectangular pad works well with our sublimatable lighters as well as other small items. Size is 2" X 3", and 1/16" thick. $2.00 each
Larger Thermal Pad These pads work well for tiles (up to 8" X 10") and other items too large for the round and rectangular pads above. They are 1/8" thick and readily available in three sizes. 5" X 5" is $10.95, 7" X 7" is $21.95 and the 9" X 11"" is $45.95.
Custom sizes for the green thermal pads are available in 1/8" and 1/16" thickness. Prices are .35 per square inch for the 1/16" and .45 per square inch on the 1/8". If you select a custom size, please enter the dimensions (i.e. 16"X20") required under Special Instructions on the order form. Custom sizes ship directly from Cactus Equipment and you will be invoiced separately and your card charged when it ships. Please allow at least one week for delivery.
